To Activate:
Place the metal disc with your fingers and thumbs and press until it clicks and starts crystallisation. Once all cloudy, squeeze the heat pad to make it soft and ready to use.
To Recharge:
Place the heat pad in a bowl of boiling water for around 10 minutes until all the crystals have dissolved.
Caution:
- DO NOT heat in microwave.
- DO NOT leave unattended when in boiling water & don't let pot boil dry.
- DO NOT use if punctured or damaged.
